• High Season:
- National holidays and long weekends.

Conditions
• Arrival time: from 5:00 p.m.
• Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m.
• Whenever possible, we will be happy to accommodate arrival and departure times outside of the established times (subject to availability).
• Key collection and return will be arranged personally with each guest. The loss of any set of keys will incur an additional charge of 30 euros.
• The property will be delivered to you in perfect clean condition. The client is obligated to return it in reasonable condition; otherwise, the equivalent of an additional cleaning service will be deducted from the deposit.
• The number of people who can use the apartment must not exceed 6.
• Skis and boots are not permitted inside the home. There is a designated area for this purpose.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed..
• At the end of the lease term and failure to leave the property at the owner’s disposal and return the keys, the tenant’s occupancy will be considered precarious, and the landlord is hereby expressly authorized to take possession of the property on his own authority. Each day that passes after the termination of the contract without the keys being returned, the landlord will accrue rent, equivalent to three times the amount of a day’s lease term, and the tenant will be required to pay rent for each day of delay.
• The tenant declares that they will receive the property and all furniture, objects, and fixtures in it in perfect condition, and must return them to the owner in the same condition at the end of the lease. The tenant will be responsible for all repairs that may be made for damages caused, as well as for the replacement of any losses or damages attributable to them. The tenant will be responsible for both their own acts and those committed by the other occupants of the dwelling, even if these are occasional, for the purposes of any compensation that may arise for damages.
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations and contracts in unforeseen cases of force majeure or unforeseen inability to accommodate the guest. In such cases, any amounts already paid will be refunded.
• We reserve the right of admission.
Conditions for Tourist Accommodation of the Government of Aragon (Law 4/2013, of June 4)
In any case, customers are prohibited from:
• Bringing furniture into the accommodation or carrying out any work or repairs without written authorization from the owner or manager of the tourist accommodation.
• Accommodating a greater number of people than the maximum capacity established for tourist accommodation.
• Carrying out accommodation activities in the tourist accommodation or using it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted.
• Introducing explosive or flammable materials or substances, or any other substances that could cause harm or discomfort to other occupants of the property.
• Carrying out any activity that contradicts the usual practices of coexistence, hygiene, and public order, or that impedes the normal rest of other users of the property.
• Introducing animals against the prohibition of the owner of the tourist accommodation, except for assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
• Introducing devices or mechanisms that significantly alter the average water and energy consumption.
Failure to comply with these rules will entitle the owners of the tourist accommodation to evict violators.
